We are currently running about 5-12 business days from the time you place your order to delivery at your doorstep.
Can I make changes to an order?
We are able to accommodate changes to an order-only if the request is made within one hour of purchasing. Otherwise, we will move the item to print in order to ship it as quickly as possible.
Can I preview my personalized item?
Many of our items can be live previewed as you design them. We are currently working on the ability to live preview all items. For items with no live preview, we you can reference product images and reviews for a sense of what the item will look like. If you receive your item and are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
How do I personalize my order?
You can personalize your order by clicking the personalize the product button or by filling in the area next to the product images on desktop, or below product images on mobile.
Do you offer express?
Express production is available on select items and will be shown as an option at checkout if applicable to your order.
Will my order arrive on time?
We do our absolute best to meet the estimated shipping times listed on your order.
