We are currently running about 6-12 business days from the time you place your order to delivery on all items. If you believe your item is taking longer than normal, please feel free to contact us here.

We are able to accommodate changes to an order-only if the request is made within one hour of purchasing. Otherwise, we will move the item to print in order to ship it as quickly as possible.

Due to current order volume, we are unable to provide mock ups for your order.

You can attach images and and your text in the area next to the product images on desktop, or below product images on mobile.

We can sometimes offer an express option. This is typically not available in the holiday months. If available, you will be given the option at checkout.

We do our absolute best to meet the estimated shipping times listed on your order. It is very important to remember that these are estimates and the actual time until delivery can be influenced by many factors. The holiday season is particularly vulnerable to delays with the effects of COVID. Please try to be patient with any delays and be assured we will do everything that we can on our side to get your gift to you as soon as possible!

Unfortunately once an item leaves us, there isn't much we can do from our end. We recommend contacting the postal service and requesting GPS coordinates of the delivery location. Check with your neighbors as well, most times they show up with them a few days later. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacement can be issued if the item is marked delivered.
